Planning permission takes time mate, you need a design first as well, though it's quite likely they've already got ideas on stuff like that.

Well by immediately I mean getting the process rolling. Realistically being built by 2019 or 2020.

Why did their interest in Swansea fall? Opposition from the Supporters group with the 21% stake in the club? or was there more to it?

Was going to reply to a couple of comments in the Board thread but as it's now locked I'll post here. A comment was made by @AaronTheBlue about there being cheaper clubs to buy for £200m, to which @Steve Wigan replied that that possibly wasn't the case as £100m had only recently just been enough to acquire 36% of Crystal Palace. But my understanding of that deal was that £50m of that £100m was set aside to fund player purchases over the next few years, and only £50m went on the purchase of shares. So in fact £100m would have got you 72% of Palace? Am I right in thinking that? @Alan Whittle is the resident Palace fan isn't he? Is that right Alan?

I've read a tiny bit about it and it was Swansea who didn't fancy them I think.
