30 minutes too long. The first half of the movie just dragged on and on I thought. When the crazy stuff started happening it was enjoyable, though not as good as the first one. 6/10

I also had to laugh at the blatant Star Wars trench run ripoff.

Y’all realise the trench run is a common movie trope……Star Wars copied it as well. AFAIK the original “trench run” was Dambusters.

Watched Space Camp (1986) for the first time in decades. 80s nostalgia off the scale on this - loved it. A coming of age story that you solidly holds up.

Is that the one where some kids are on a tour of a fully fueled space shuttle on the launch pad and they end up having to launch the shuttle (due to a malfunction) with the kids still onboard?

Just seen Black Adam at the cinema.

My expectations was it would be a typical DC film, trying to hard to be funny and just using the Rock to try and cheaply achieve it by letting him just be the rock.
It was quite different, The Rock played the role well.
The story was actually good and the film was mostly all action.
The musical score was fantastic as well, definitely worth a watch

I really enjoyed it, though it did have the annoying part of “kid with a skateboard escapes from temporarily incompetent spec ops soldiers” in it. Overall though, well worth the watch
