Cruella. thought it was really good, definitely better than expected
Crowe and Bale were both standout.
It`s one you can watch again and again and see something that you missed every time.

One of the best Western themed things ever done ( imo ).
Brutal beyond belief and casting Jeff Daniels as the ultra baddie is one of the best castings ever, with Jack O`Connell putting in a 10/10 too.

The Nest, with Jude Law, decent drama about some buisness man who is a total blag artist, investment deals and trading in commodities, god drama film.
Also Candyman, which is excellent. The original I never really liked, and re watched it again recently and still thought it was average, but this version is great. It's not so much a straight up remake IMO and it does actually reference the original story in it, it's a good film.

Went to see the new Candyman over the bank holiday. Thought it was good without being great. There's a lot to digest and unpack, lots of cultural relevance and nods to things happening in our society currently. Wasn't particularly scary but a pretty interesting diversion from the original.
