Last Film You Watched

Saw the South Korean Oldboy last night.

I knew it was supposed to be really shocking and i thought i wouldn't be surprised by it but I certainly was. Great, terryifying film. I loved the quirky cinematography too.

Definitely gonna try and watch more SK cinema, I know many are on my watch list but just haven't got round to them.

I can help you with this. Old boy is part of the vengeance trilogy. So sympathy with Mr vengeance and lady vengeance are the other two. South Korean cinema is my favourite so many fantastic films. Also loads of really not so good stuff. I'll send you some more

Parasite, the good the bad and the weird, the handmaiden, the wailing, the man from nowhere, the chaser, the host, the yellow sea, spring, summer, fall, autumn, a bittersweet life,. Should keep you going

Parasite. Was real good. Think I was expecting more though from the reviews. I do like the way Korean cinema doesn’t follow expected narratives.

Watched Nice Guys again tonight which is a super underrated movie. Big fan of Ryan Gosling in it.
