Last Film You Watched

Just watched The Robe on TV this morning,Jay Robinson who played Caligula must have needed a boat load of honey and lemon, not one line he didn't shout.

Watched another very good Netflix production last night. 'Lake Shimmer'. Crime fiction at it's best. Starts at the end and works it's way backwards. Very well worked. Some genuinely funny moments in a hard boiled setting.

Tried to watch that ‘ready player one’ film again last night but it’s like watching a 2 hour final fantasy cut scene. Awful stuff. Switched off after 10 mins. Is it worth sticking with?

I watched it at the cinema and I think that's pretty much the only way as it was impressive looking and sounding. I've no desire to watch it at home though, only worth persevering with if you're really into Easter Egg spotting.

Watched Ferris bulleurs day off for the first time I deserve to be shot for not watching sooner
On watching this again, realised that Ferris was a dangerous narcissist sociopath. He’s a horrible, manipulative human. I hope all these days that he took off school meant he got a terrible job and died alone after his friends cottoned on to his ways.

golden globes will be interesting tonight, a bit late for me (2.00 am here) but will try to have a look if I could, ricky gervais never disappoints

wow 1917 winning the best motion picture - drama at globes is a huge shocker, thought either of marriage story or the irishman got in the bag
