Player Valuation: £25k
birmingham evening paper reporting that koumas is on his way to everton and that he wants to be back on merseyside near his family

Interesting that one. Koumas went to WBA from Tranmere, he is a Merseysider and I understand that his wife lives here. That said we turned him down then and I cannot see DM going for him now. He is a skillful player certainly but never once appeared robust enough for the top flight hence I suspect this is paper talk. One thing is certain he won't be going to Sheff Utd with Mr Charisma his old baggies boss:lol:

See what happens. I reckon he could be worth a punt, he's the most skillful player in the Championship to me.

But when he played in the Prem for WBA he didnt do much. Perhaps a bit too much like Osman.

My head hurts.

No wonder your head hurts mate, that's right

A punt would be 2 mill,

They can do one for 4 mill, hes to old for that price. If we were to go four for a championship winger i would go fior Kightley of Wolves.

Talent, commitment, great engine and he looks a good hungry young player with his best years ahead of him! He also knows what its like to put in a hard days graft after coming from non-leauge.

Also wolves are sniffing around chris commons of forest so they maybe anticipating a move for him!

I can see koumas at city next term in all honesty. I feel he will be in the prem next year, but with a newly promoted or collapsing team. maybe sunderland as Keane could use him.

This is sad.. how many macfadden and osman do we need in our team? 3 musketeers?

I actually rate Koumas highly - seen quite a few of his games for Cardiff and WBA and the guy is class. IMO he will only get better when surrounded by more quality like Arteta, Cahill and hopefully Fernandes.

I would however not pay more than £3 m. for him as he has yet to prove himself in the PL.

I think they are looking for more like 4 mill at that price Jag would be a better option. Moyes tried to sign Koumas 3 years ago and although Moyes may be keeping an eye on him IMO possibly on the follow up transfer list if other targets fail.
