does anyone know what was wrong today? he didn't come on with us drawing 0-0 at home to WHU at 80 mins and still didn't come on. surely there was no point in him being there if this was the case?

i'm guessing he was injured and not being rested.

I just reckon he was being rested for next week mate. Kev's played in every game so far this season so resting him before our biggest game of the season so far makes sense.

That then goes back to the fact, if he wasn't going to be brought on such a situation, what was the point in him being on there?

Depends what way the game goes mate.

If Naismith and Lukaku get injured then he'd have been needed up front.

If we'd have gone 2 down he might have been picked as he's more likely to change the game then anyone else.

Depends.

Probably just carrying a slight knock and was there to make up the numbers on the bench. I'm more worried about why Browning was on the bench, yet the apparently fit again Alcaraz was nowhere to be seen.
