Could literally be anything mate. All he has to do to call himself a doctor is obtain a PhD in some or other subject. I'll probably upset all the academics on here, but I know quite a few people who have obtained doctorates and they aren't that difficult to obtain. Not saying Universities hand them out like sweets like, but having a PhD doesn't make you into some sort of highly intelligent being. Plus he could have obtained it at an overseas University where standards are not of the same level.

Don't know the guy to be honest so can't comment on him specifically. What I will say is that I wouldn't take too much notice of what looks like a very impressive CV. I'm sure the likes of Fred Goodwin had a very impressive CV once. My experience with these "high flyers" is that often they are incompetent, untrustworthy and get found out eventually, being moved on with minimum fuss and a big pay-off.

What happened to David Dein?. or was that all paper talk?

Moshiri has decided to bring him in so we should just trust his judgement (let's be honest he has been good for us so far) and get behind him & the club!

The strangest thing about this is why did Elstone lie about it at the public enquiry

fair enough. there was me thinking Doctors related to something credible and not just anyone with enough brains to pass an exam. More you know eh?

Just to pick up that point, what about david dein? what about the warchest mate? lol Probably elstone who wrote any Dein stories to get fans optimistic.
 

What a f***ing mess this all is. Bill if filling the board with his pals....

It's pretty obvious to me now the more time passes. we've not been taken over at all. everything that's gone in since Moshiri came proves Bill is still well in charge and it's all just bulls**t.

Everything has been just to bizzare, from 49% to the summer transfer window to board appointmemts

He's had our kecks down again and me included have taken it hook line....

We will only get rid of bill an his cronys once he's dead...

The sooner the better in my eyes. not intrested what people think. He'll never leave till in a box..........so tatar

I don't know much about EFC's boardroom politics but the manager and Moshiri said we needed to strengthen and remained anxious to do so after Bolasie signed - it didn't happen. It's a fair assumption then that the board/those responsible for supporting the manager/Moshiri's ambition let the club down.

After the window I said I'd have expected change to ensure this doesn't happen again. Any chance this is part of that change?

I think we need to give Moshiri a bit more time before being so conclusively condemning - likewise, we shouldn't be so quick to praise and get carried away.
