Not really, realistic more like. Just when we were in Europe under Moyes European teams were a lot stronger. Watch a regulation change try and curb English club's power just as we get in position. That'll happen not because of a loser mentality, just because we have been shafted at every point for the last 40 years.

Watching this with a great deal of envy, our club does absolutely nothing , doesn’t qualify for Europe, never troubles the cup competitions , never wins a derby, hardly ever rocks the boat, just does enough to exist, it feels what Villa are about to do is absolutely light years away for us evertonians and we’ve got Liverpool echo writers telling us we should be made up we’re not in relegation bother

In footballing terms we’ve been an absolute nothing of a club my entire life of following football (I was 6 in 1995)

In terms of fanbase, attitude and club… I wouldn’t want to support anybody else

I was lucky enough as a teenager to see the club quite a bit from 83-86. So I know what it is like to support a winner...now I dont know if that makes it worse, seeing the apathy the club exudes
