2023/24 Jordan Pickford

If he had come out for their first goal to punch the ball only 3 yards out - he puts the striker off. - no, he's a coward - plus he should have dived out before the ball got anywhere near Shamus - never controlled his box - just a shot stopper - give Virginia a go IMO
Dunno. First goal was a good ball and not sure he could have got there. Second goal though was dreadful. It bounced in the 6 yard box! Unfortunately this is what you get with him though - he'll make some great saves but then some howlers. It's why none of the rich clubs will touch him.

Viginia has done not much wrong when called upon he is better controlling his box than Pickford IMO

Virginia shouts are wild.
Tim Howard mentioned in the same breath as Southall has done me.

I mean:

Pickfords ball all day long.

Coleman tried to be 'technically clever' and chest a ball that was waist height
If he'd swung a boot at it it could've gone anywhere.

When you're struggling these OGs always seem to go in

He was pathetic for the second goal today, Coleman will obviously get the blame but he hesitated thinking His keeper was getting it. Got away with it with a few bad punches, the first goal was headed in from 3 yards out. He's kept us up in the past and has been good but a few bad games recently.

And you can be sure with Newcastle away his head will be all over the place.
