Pickford should claim that. He has conceded that type of goal throughout his time here. Doesnt help when the managers tactics leave so much space in wide areas. By the time the fullback goes to press the man with the ball the balls sailing over his head.

Exactly.....just imagine if he left it to his defenders to clear. We would have probably had several chances. I cannot stress the importance of a keeper dominating the box and attempting to claim crosses. Stay on your line and the invite is there for the attackers

I guess the one good thing we have is that there's really exceptionally strong competition for that number one shirt so he's really kept on his toes to perform consistently at a high level.

That will always be his weakness and to his credit he has worked effortlessly to improve there, but the those same mistakes still creep in. This is what I mean when I say don’t judge Jordan in a relegation threatened team. He needs to be able to close these games out. It's so typically Pickford that his fantastic reaction save will get more press attention than his total balls up with Tarkowski.

It's an unpopular opinion, but we would be so much better with a different keeper.

Yeah he seems poor at reading situations. Couldn't believe he didn't come out to get that through ball that they nearly scored from. Coming out to deal with crosses has always been an issue. He makes up for it with his shot stopping ability.
But to be fair he should have done better at the very few chances wolves made. We shouldn't have conceded today
