With support like this it's no wonder our players are under performing!

The guy is widely regarded as England's best goalkeeper since Shilton and has played in huge semi-finals (and a final) for England.

He is an exceptionally good goalkeeper.

I hate to say this but it's hard to play at Anfield. Their fans really do get up for the derby.

Pickford has saved our backsides on countless occasions.

He kept us up almost single-handedly last season.

He may make mistakes but who doesn't?

i'm sick and tired of seeing our players going to anfield with this loser mentality. and you can't tell me that pickford gets nervous at anfield and underperforms. we've seen him play well in international knockout games and a euro final where he was calm and composed. anfield is not a bigger stage than euro final.

i get the feeling that he has a god complex when he plays for poor little everton. in his head, this was his jean claude van damme saves the day moment.

Tim Howard was revered on here and he was known to let in any howler from over 25ft.

In fact, if you watch end of season highlights from past seasons there's at least a goal that shouldn't be (or two) against us and him. Some out of nowhere - Matty Taylor IIRC scored a goal where he just booted the ball generally towards goal and Howard was for some reason like 10 ft. out. There was one more like that against him, and any shot from outside the box was a guaranteed THREAT, no matter how piss it was.

What I'm saying is, still, that Pickford is NOT our problem, even with the clangers. He does have them, they are super annoying to even look at, but he's saved more than he's let those in, the little T-rex.

I hate him more than ive ever hated any Liverpool player ever. Week in week out without fail he messes up and people still rate him. It will be the greatest deal in our history if we sell him in the summer

Hate is a very strong word.

Agree to some extent. If he is positioned correctly, it will be much more difficult for Salah to score. Which is obvious. In addition, the ball bounces, which will buy the defenders and the goalkeeper time, and which makes it difficult to achieve a good finish without a further touch from Salah's side. This small advantage disappears with the terrible positioning of Pickford.

When you are facing a very hefty and potentially expensive rebuild this summer i dont think Pickford is top of you priority list for improvement needed.

However I do think you will sell him to Spurs to get the cash needed to help with the rebuild.

He isn't good enough for us. But at the same time he is the absolute least of our concerns right now.
