If you don't think a 21 year old can learn nothing from a player who was won multiple titles and trophies at a team who were the best in the country as recently as three seasons ago then you clearly don't know a lot about the sport you follow.

Yeah, he was a cornerstone player of all those title-winning teams. I don't think Evans is a bad player, but the transfer smacks of a fairly familiar lack of imagination, and his injury record means we may very well end up using 3rd choice centre backs in PL games.
