If he can't get on the bench when he's fully fit then the writing's on the wall really. All the usually reliable journalists said the club were happy to let him go in the summer for a good offer, clearly they see nothing in him worth nurturing.

I reckon if Ancelotti decides to go back to 4-3-3 for Burnley then there's a good chance that Kenny will start. Seems a good game for him to be reintroduced.

In the summer, the club he was on loan to in Germany wanted him back on loan. Carlo decided to keep him at Goodison. He is currently the only fit senior right back at the club and still can’t even get on to the substitute’s bench. This, of course, means that we are paying him not to play. Begs the question, why on earth did we not let him go if he is not deemed good enough to play even when there are no other fit right backs at the club?
