It'll just be a couple of people doing it because he's City tbh. I don't mind other fans coming on myself as long as they aren't WUM's or Kopites. Neville & Bluemooner seem balanced and give decent opinions imo

it's the initiation. fight club style. if he is still standing on the doorstep after all this he's an honorary GOT'er. neville style.

IF Lescott stays and doesnt play well he wont go to the world cup, DM has got him by the nuts. Dig ya heels in Moysie
I'd rahter cash in or what else? We'll sell him for £7 milions next summer?

He doesn't have a future with us so get him out, bring in a replacement and get on with the season.

Is it true Lescott went to Moyes before the Arsenal game and said he wasn't in the right frame of mind to play? That's what my mate just told me... May just be a rumour.

Axing the England hopeful will quell the growing problem of player power, claims 'Arry.

Outspoken Tottenham Hotspur boss Harry Redknapp believes that Everton manager David Moyes would be wise to grant Joleon Lescott his desired switch to Manchester City.
“David Moyes should take the money for Joleon Lescott,” Redknapp told The Daily Mail.

“He doesn’t want to be at Everton and Moyes will not want that negativity breeding in his dressing room.

“It’s another example of player power.”

Everton lost to Arsenal at Goodison Park to the weekend's most extraordinary scoreline, 6-1, after an aesthetically-pleasing attacking performance from the Gunners.

Louis Saha gave the few remaining Evertonians reason to cheer moments before the game's death, scoring the Toffees' only goal.

Sell Joleon Lescott To Manchester City, Redknapp Instructs Everton Boss Moyes - Goal.com

Why cant he concentrate on trying to steal the players we want and not tell us who to sell. I really dont like the bandy eyed pie loving w@nker.

Not a good source though, sorry.

I'd fine him a weeks wages for that....I heard it too. He does know he only plays football right? What a stupid comment. I'm wondering if my boss would understand me not coming in tomorrow as my head isn't right and telling him that I'm off for an interview somewhere......hmm

P45

Sell him now...

Things change, we'll still get what we wanted (or thereabouts) but DM is right to show that we wanted to keep him

It may have backfired a little, but I stand by Moyes on this one, he's basically saying he rates Lescott at 30m (knowing that 25m is the best we'll get) and if he had that money to buy him he would, Hughes is playing silly beggars with a fee, showing that we want him more than City do in my opinion...

Good luck Joleon, you'll be replaced in January no doubt

........all if he goes of course =)

Thats what was banded around on SSN and BBC Radio 5 Live during the game. If so, why was he played? Sell him now

moyes was asked this before the game.

his answer .... "we have no choice ...there isnt anyone else left to play there....i expect lescott to be proffesional"

ps , here is a big what if .....imagine if lescott broke his leg against arsenal ? :o

Lescott was still our best defender that day so....who knows.

I know the defeat is gonna make him want to move more, but its also going to take a lot to fix what happened on saturday if he does go.

And 'Arry can **** off. He's got money to spend and a big squad and wants us to be [Poor language removed] this season.

this has nothing to do with whats right or wrong....... this is redKnapp seeing an opportunity to play mind games with a club superior to his.

REDKNAPP = EPIC SCUMBAG FUGLY COCKNEY CONMAN !

Don't you lads like other fans coming on to the forum ?
Seems a bit harsh wacking the guy with bad rep all the time when he seems a decent lad . :)

Got no problem with people coming on here from other clubs. (See neville, Euro opponents, etc.)

I do have a problem when they come on and act like wind-up merchants or arrogant idiots though. We have some ourselves (I might well fall into that category for some people) that we put up with but I don't see why we should turn the other cheek to them when there's enough infighting going on between our own members.
