I don't know if he needs surgery, but in that case:

If Donovan's out tomorrow along with Pienarr too we'll have to rely on goals from set pieces, we'll get passed all over the park, these play possession football as good as Swansea, and have a lot less to lose than we do, it would have been hard enough with them 2 ^ , i'am nervous about this game I have to admit, anyone confident in us winning comfortably?????

With a heavy heart I'll have to revise my expectations for this campaign a bit. Straq's doing wonders but he can't do it every game.

It's actually a pretty common condition in athletes (commonly called sports hernia, though it is NOT a hernia), it's just that it's usually diagnosed or put forward as a groin injury rather than it's actual name. Worst case scenario is that he'll need surgery. Dr. Ulrike Muschaweck in Germany is seen as the go-to doctor for this procedure among professional athletes (at least, that's the case with US athletes but I've heard of a few Prem players going to her as well) and while the recovery time is listed as 4-6 weeks, most professional athletes come back far quicker than that; I've seen some return in 10-14 days.
