Was a decent player TBF but having spent the summer appointing a bunch of new execs and recruitment people, would the extent of their thinking be "who do we already know about"? Can't see it happening really.

If we're still bottom half and get no one in by the end of that month maybe it'd suggest TFG have seen enough and wont throw good money after bad if a new manager is earmarked to come in next summer.

Barry, dibbling , Anzou and probably Röhl don’t strike me as Moyes choice of signings .

If I’m right and they are buying players they think are right and not who the manager wants …. Them having plans for a new manager in the summers shouldn’t effect incoming transfers

Its been an issue for years and there has been no attempt in fixing the pace issue.

But aye jib off the recruitment team. They are dreadful and hold the club back.

Ffs mate why. The guy played about 11 games for us and looked bang average. Why it This obsession to go back for ex players is mind blowing. Someone like richarlison ( still a no from me) I can understand to a small degree. But a bang average midfielder who played 11 games and is 28 and coming off an ACL would be embarrassing from the club

He is exactly the type of midfielder we are missing. Unfortunately there isn't really an incentive from lyon this time to let the player go.

In desperate need of a RB to allow JoB to come in central and relieve one of Kean or Tarkowski, and a LB to add value to the skills of Grealish. If Grealish goes, Ndiaye back over, Dibling in, we still need a more dynamic left back. I think that would increase supply to Strikers and potentially solve that issue as well. If not, new Strikers also.
