Getting players cheap because a team is relegated is a myth. We have paid top dollars in the past for relegated players. Parachute payments help massively the relegated club to be tough in negotiations as well as ironically more interest from other teams

If we can terminate Vinagre's loan, do it. He won't get any minutes, if Mykolenko is injured then Godfrey will play there. Ideally we'd sign a new one to replace Myko but we know that won't happen.

That’s not including his wages of 100k+ a week and his combustible knees at over 30 years old. This is a costly transfer, potentially to the tune of £25m. We’ve finally started to get rid of these types of players. Nobody at this club bar Pickford should be on that kind of money
