I’d be amazed if there are any footballers in the world who improve the squad would actually want to sign for Everton with what’s going on at the club and the smear campaign on the fans. That’s the problem in my opinion. We don’t play hoofball footie. We play pep style passing with players who can’t play pep style. We pass the ball around the back and the midfield pass it sidewards and we generally have around 50% possession. Give me long ball, no possession and horrible wins any day of the week.

When Dom plays we end up hoofing the ball up to him more often than not. Ball gets to midfield then goes back to defence and Pickford before being smacked long.
