This 100% is not happening and I don’t know where you’ve got this idea from, we are not getting any special dispensation.

War isn’t an act of god mate. If lightning struck the stadium and burned it down, that’d be an act of god.

That is why im searching for it. The only certainities i think we can be concrete with are;

2 domestic loans, 4 across a season but only 2 at any one point.
No two players from one other premier league club.

The rest of it seems very open to a club stock piling loan players, but I cannot yet find any definitive number other than this 8, to 7, to 6 rule, which does state both IN and OUT. which suggests 6 maximum loan players.

As you say, never once seen a premier leageu side with that many loans.

If we want to go by Football Manager rules, EFL clubs have a maximum of 5 long-term loans per season. You would think there would be a similar limit for EPL clubs.

Are you ITK? Never said it was happening. We should be looking into this and offering it up as per COVID, but will leave it for now as you have already stated, it won’t happen.

Sorry should have clarified that most exclusions whether it be an Act of God, War, etc and I'm sure the FA will have included this in government directive to teams when dealing with affects of lost revenue for Sponsorship, business associates.

However, new Uefa rules introduced in June limit clubs' spending on wages, transfers and agents' fees to 70% of their revenue, though permitted losses over a three-year period have risen to 60m euros (£49.96m).

Clubs have been given three years to implement these changes.
