Am i the only one sitting in the middle of this discussion thinking both sides are right?
Yes, our squad is bad. We have few to non decent attacking players.
Yes, the management is bad. Changing the tactics, trying to get this squad to play more attacking is a fools errand.

One is more fixable. And more immediately fixable.

I want us to make improvements to the squad but that costs and you can't get rid of anyone quickly. So every signing has to be sensible and grounded in a long term plan. Manager can just be chucked until you've got something.

I think you are spot on here.
They are not mutually exclusive, and there's no point being angry with the other side too. As you say, both can be true.
