To be fair I'd rather no signings than these "may as well" players such as Kaboul and Lennon etc. We're supposed to be evolving into a team fighting for the Top 4 consistently so why would we bother bulking the squad with deadwood like those two.

I really don't understand why any player that is better than Championship standard and not an absolute clogger would be interested in joining Stoke. Still can't get my head around why Bojan went there

In all seriousness though - Utd fans really seem to rate Lindegaard and he's apparently been extremely professional whilst being second choice to De Gea. He's also 5 years younger than Howard. I could see it*.
