We don't really have the money sloshing around until this year and you have to concentrate on keeping the squad strong. The main problem this year is team cohesion has just gone out of the window. Buying players at a lower level with the right attitude that will fit in with the current squad is important and has in the past made the difference.

Maybe not price wise but I just mean that type of quality. Just my opinion though, although there is the possibility of finding gems from lower teams as Moyes proved.

Yeah the Stones type. In fairness I haven't really followed Redmond, seemed pacy and tricky but with a lack of product when I have seen him though
