It will be a big game the one he plays against City. If he runs the show then we could get a big offer coming in.

We have to keep him though. He could be our Gerrard and look how important he was to them over the years. It's funny the way Gerrard talked about his regret not working with Rodgers when he was 24 instead of 34 because they would be talking how many titles they've won. I think that's where we are with Martinez and Ross but we're just in a dip. We need to keep the faith.

Probably not due to being fully fit, but Mirallas hasn't impressed me too much lately, shows some great flashes, but seems to go missing for a lot of the matches.

I would allow Mirallas to go if it meant getting Deulofeu and Depay.

Whereas for many of us the verdict on Deulofeu last May was that much as we liked him, Everton shouldn't be looking to sign him permanently : he runs down too many blind alleys, loses the ball too often, and there are better options out there.

No he didn't, but he's still young and should improve becoming more consistent, along with Barkley and Lukaku all could be very good players in a few years

I said Deulofeu and Depay. Two young players with world class potential for a player who's 27 with 18 months on his contract. Hmm are you sure you don't agree?

Looks like both him and Suarez are being recalled for Barca due to the transfer ban. He won't be going anywhere for another year if that's the case.

We'll be going backwards if we sell the likes of Barkley, McCarthy, Coleman and Stones,they should form the basis of our squad for years to come.
However it's the same every transfer window,those so called sports reporters have a duty to sell papers first and foremost. Big stories like this help sell papers, be it fact or fiction.

We do need to ship a good few players out or let others run their contracts down.

At the moment the squad is too large although unfortunately there's 4-5 players that I can't see their purpose which effectively makes the squad too small.
