The 'snap', sooner rather than later, will be Besic. He needs to add a few goals to his game but he is certainly/probably the future.

most definitely, would like to see him get in the ref's ear a lot more. this is why i'm not as convinced as others saying mccarthy will make a great everton captain. great player no doubt and we're lost without him, but will he be fairly similar to jagielka regarding referees? he moans a lot and snarls, but i can't see him being the type to constantly harass a ref
