He is undoubtedly a fantastic talent, but you really are in denial if you think his behaviour is in any way professional.

It isn't professional no. But a new manager has come in and told him he isn't wanted and to find a new club. The club, presumably with the managers consent, then let the world and his wife know for some reason. He's also been kept away from the main squad since the Man Utd game and I don't believe for one second it's to do with covid.

We'd have all preferred it if James took it on the chin and acted with dignity but he obviously isn't that type of character. His pride is probably dented, somewhat understandably in my opinion, and he's chucked his dummy out. But he doesn't deserve the crap he's getting from some in here.

I'll wait until he says something about Everton being a small club before I start dishing out that sort of abuse.

want him to stay because he wants to stay, not because nobody will take him then were left with a half assed footballer who will be paid extortionate wages to pull every stunt possible to not play causing unrest and throwing a spanner in the managers plans every other week. hes paid a fortune to play football by us but seems intent on being the footballing equivilent of a teenage bone idle layabout. stays up all night playing xbox and cant be assed with work in the morning.
