Don't agree with the "let's move him on" shout but if your gameplan revolves around a player who is available only about 50-60% of the matches then you need to change your gameplan. When fit, perfect, best player in the pitch bonus! But we need a way to play without him... Hell, are need a way to play without all of our players because whenever we are missing just one player and play terribly the excuse is "player X is injured! You can't expect us to perform without HIM!"
But James is magic... Just not available all the time and we need to have a plan on place that doesn't revolve around James being healthy.

Yes, of course it would be great, but sadly he hasn't been fit, like a number of other players for all teams in this bonkers season. How dare he miss a few games after VVD nearly castrated him?!
Unlike you, I'll take the magic and special moments that we have had from the world class player that James is any day, also in the hope that we can get more games out of him before the end of the season and into next.
Do you seriously think we would have got some of the results we have if James wasn't here, especially at Mordor?
You deserve slugs like sigurdsson and sniderlin playing nearly every game for us and polluting our midfield, if you seriously think we should be looking to sell/offload James.

It's a very real possibility that he's been enticed to the PL on conditions and understandings like that. His game time record is terrible wherever he's been. What we dont want is him being allowed to become inconsistent. You're kind of just putting 2 and 2 together and making Eleventy...
Could do with him playing more games like, what’s up with him at the minute?
