But that's where I disagree. I fall into the Fellaini as a defensive midfielder camp. And most stats will probably prove how good he actually is.

As for Baines... What's the point in keeping him if we can't score?

Don't patronise me lad I'm having a discussion. Am I not allowed to rate someone as highly as the Gladwys do? Apart from 6 months at the beginning of last season Iv always thought Fellaini is overrated.

I do think differently by the way, I think it looks quite obvious upto now that Martinez wants to play 2 from deep and one further forward along with the wingers and the centre forward

Answer the question. If Gibson was fit, who would be playing in DM, Gibson or Felli?

From what we've seen in the three prem games, Martinez is setting up with one DM, one CM and one AM. Felli has constantly been back as deep as Jags and Distin, providing the short option for them. He's only been moving forward very late in the games. Osman has been orbiting the centre circle to little noticeable effect and Barkley has consistently been getting forward.

You can rate him however you like. Martinez and Moyes aren't listening to either of us.

Iv just answered your question rocky, in my opinion he looks like he wants to play two midfielders deep. All being fit that would have been Fellaini and Gibson

So what formation is that? 4-1-1-1-3?

Despite three consecutive league games providing plentiful evidence to the contrary? Tell me, how many times have you seen Osman or Barkley coming back to get the ball from Jags and Distin?

We're done here buddy. You're just making things up to suit your own argument.

No I rate him highly mate, but anyone expecting that sort of game from him is in for a shock.

As long as Everton fans realise he isn't and don't expect a like for like replacement for Fellini he will prove to be a great signing for you at 12.5 million.

Good to have you here Mr Whelan. Something I always wanted to ask you pal, just how did you get that limp?

Why would I want to suit my argument mate. If I agreed with you I would just say so you divvy?
