James McCarthy is the player the manager wants by the look of it ,we will just have to trust his judgement on the player and that fits into the system he wants, for the record i think about 12 million is the right price i think, he is young good all round player , settled in the area and has a few years prem behind him and can get better, sooner have him than gamble on someone that may or may not adapt.
