3 centre half's and he fights for his place. Tarks ain't getting any younger and think we will keep Jarrad this season.

Slightly concerned about what this means for Tarkowski's injury but good to see us acting decisively regardless.

I share this concern.

But hopefully it’s just good planning for either Branthwaite going next season and/or giving us a better option than Keane/ Holgate if either Tarks/ Branthwaite get injured

I reckon it means we think, having sold Godfrey, that Keane and Holgate aren't good enough to provide competition.

We need decent squad depth.
