10/11/17 TWAIN CRUSH DAY
Those tiny little moments in a dull day that bring a brief smile to you lips and make everything better :

1 - Successfully splatting a mosquito.

2 - Traffic lights turning green as you drive up meaning you can whizz past everyone else.

3 - Logging onto GOT and seeing you have pos rep.

4 - Seeing a dog with its head out a car window and it's ears blown back in the wind.

5 - Finding something unexpectedly tasty in the fridge
 

Boss.

1 - Cheese on toast at midnight when everyone is in bed with a few drops of habanero sauce.

2 - Not being in work in the morning. Or the morning after. Or the morning after that.

3 - My sister calling round this morning and getting roped into scratching my back as I enjoyed the coffee she made me.

4 - Those little remote helicopter things, how boss?

5 - Being in the airport going on holiday.
 
Running for a bus, and catching it

Bank holidays you forgot about.

Having more holidays in work than you thought you had.

Going for a few pints and all your mates end up out.

Your bird making your favourite tea without telling ya.
 
Pausing midway through making a Glory of the Pig to add a second layer to the top.

Getting laid during the day because the kids are in school.

Knowing that the wife is going out tonight and having beers in the fridge.
 


The best of all IMO is getting your footie bet up when your on your arse so you can stay out after the game. Happened for me a few times last season.
 
Getting to work without SITTIN in traffic does me.

Everything else is trivial
 
The dog being really excited when you get home

Finding the Mrs has put a can in the freezer so it is properly cold for you
