Some of the reactions from you lot on here - you'd swear that we've just been relegated or something.
We lost against a full strength-Championship Promotion Chasing team when we made 6 changes from the match before.
Was Moyes taking it seriously?
No.
Sky just built it up so it made it look like we were up it.
I'm pretty sure he was and I should f*cking hope he bleeding well was.
Christ, it's going to be 18 years without a trophy here if we don't win the FA cup. Do we have to reach twenty or something before people twig on to this being important/downright embarrassing???
"Tell your ma, your ma, to wipe away all your tears. No trophies for 18 years".
I guess you weren't there on Wembley way in April being serenaded thus by the kopites after we'd cocked up again? We cannot afford to look down our noses at ANY trophy anymore. Calling this trophy "sh*te" and dismissing it is something the top 4 can do and possibly those who've won something very recently. We are nowhere near that category. I'm not crying about last night as the start to the season has been otherwise good so far, but I will be f*cking furious if we go out to lower league opposition in the FA cup this year or go out due to not "taking it seriously" however well we're doing.
