Interesting comment (although without any details or sources) in the Daily Excess:

After initial meetings with Sullivan and David Gold, Yeung finally went to the St Andrews ground on Tuesday for another round of negotiations that included Karren Brady, the club’s managing director.

She, too, has sold a small percentage of shares to Yeung, who has tried unsuccessfully to buy Reading and Everton. If Yeung were to increase his stake in Birmingham to 30 per cent it would be enough to trigger a bid for complete control.

not sure which is the better outcome. Sell the club before or after we get ourselves a new stadium.
I forgot to mention the bigger problem, will kenwright ever move aside and let this club move forward if the opportunity arise? Or will he hang on till the day he die?
