Player Valuation: £35m
There were many factors to account for our dismal dire season a lackluster squad that possessed no depth which wasn't aided by a dreadful January transfer window, a polarizing sentient blob of hubris mismanaging games and alienating players then our perpetual injury crisis. Every club deals with injuries obviously but even Leicester have managed to at least be competitive and not suffer comical injuries. How can this be addressed in the future? As right now little seems to mentioned of it, the blob touched upon it and changed staff but nothing really seemed to change before those people left when he slithered away.

Complete review and upheaval of one of the worst medical and conditioning departments in the league

I touched on it the other day, its fairly simple tbh. We seem to have 1 person working in the area of first team player performance/fitness. Most of the other top teams have 4 or 5 people working in this area. We clearly don't see it as a priority area for some reason.

Hardly.

It was a crap disastrous window, just like 90% of our transfer windows under Moshiri, at a time when we really couldn't afford to mess up.
Agree with the Moshiri thing, nothing good on any level will ever happen while this rat is about

When The Fat Controller binned off the medical director Donachie early season, I thought it may of been the end of our injury crisis, sadly not !

I know we have players who are known to be injury prone but the vbd situation where he was injured pre game and just never came back seems sketchy plus all the training injuries like patterson just seem suspicious. Yes fluke injuries occur but they seem the norm for us

Yep. Desperately lacking in so many areas of the park and we (even if he turns out to be a great player) spunked 15m on some kid from Scotland. That money could easily have got us a decent striker or winger or central midfielder or centre half ...
