Not 100% on that. The rules say we can’t go to court but as far I know you can’t completely contract out of the laws of the land - putting “you can’t sue us” in a contract doesn’t necessarily make it so. If there is something procedural- and abuse of process is an issue here- it could still end up in court.

I strongly suspect you are right. The PL won't want to lose face after all of this. It's a sorry situation.

No significant reduction of points on our punishment pretty much equals to both Chelsea and City relegated...so for that reason alone, I strongly suspect that we will get a significantly reduced punishment as all the other cases will use ours as baseline.

I’m not sure if I want it reducing, unless it ultimately costs us, which I don’t believe it will.

I think when they reduce it, it will be with the knowledge they will have more wiggle room with City, Chelsea etc.

I said it a couple of times that they just can't leave it as 10 points as it's more than going into administration as It is just unfathomable.

Given the passion and drive and desire that our players have shown in recent weeks (we are one of THE in form teams) I think we can overcome this unjust and disproportionate punishment.

We just need to improve our home record. We as fans need to be the 12th man that we were in Frank's first season.
