There should be. I'm guessing they don't get points deductions and found guilty of somethings. But just like the Uefa charges, they'll be punished financially due to them being historical charges (which is the point of it all).

I think the ruling Leicester got is pretty damning on the PL.... but if the rules have become unenforcable why not spend out of the current mess we are in?
