Probably because Evertons argument was essentially that we should be judged against 1/3rd of the total period, so effectively, £(35m) for this year. That's how the EFL deal with it. That argument would have seen us clear.

Presumably because last season we made a 60m PSR loss with a 45m sale. Even if we’ve made some savings and have a few sales from last summer we’ll likely need one more.
