The Forest case seemed to establish that a breach was 3 points automatically. Then additional points for scale after that. The 4 was due to mitigation, which was accepted by the panel.

Nothing has been consistent about these rulings. The PL recommendations, the panel rulings and their reasoning has been all over the place.

I wouldn't be surprised by anything at this stage.

For me, I'm happy to take a punishment; but the inconsistency just proved for certain the model has made it unfit for purpose and it shouldn't be followed up.

The fact they're scrapping it next season sums it up even more.

I think everyone here is excited for the end of the season; let the last 10 months be buried and try to get closure from the current board and former chairman and try somehow to rebuild the club.
