I just don’t think they will give us anything that could potentially be reduced on appeal (given the absolute car crash that could cause at seasons end). So I’ll guess 3. 4 at absolute worst.

We should appeal any deduction to make sure it drags on past the final game.

No, look at the epl precedent. They’ve followed that precedent quite closely.
We will fine fine. 3 points will be the absolute topside, and I don’t expect that at all

There is no consistent to any of the decisions. The precedent was set at 10 then became 6 then became 4 for a far bigger breach.

There is no logic to the decisions so no one can possibly predict the outcome

Someone mentioned it earlier today, not so much as massive conspiracy but with the outstanding P&S charges they may feel it would be better the EFL to deal with it….not saying this would influence the ICs judgment but it may just be something they would rather not deal with (including the ownership issue) - just an undeveloped thought really….no more than that
