if we get any part of deduction suspended, i would be pretty sure they will apply next season, as we just cant seem to keep on track money wise staying above the line, but i would take the 2 but still appeal. appeal everything, dont make it easy.

By the way for those speculating on a ‘suspended’ points deductions, what would actually activate the deductions? A further breach would only be adjudicated on separately under another hearing.
