According to the outline given in the case ,
The Premier league have the power to add extra points if the feel it's right to do so.
Up to a maximum of twelve for each incident.
Hence the pionts deduction given to us
That's from the panel s outline of the Premier leagues , proposed sactions,
Not out there and as far as I aware not even in the Premier leagues rules yet,
I would like to know when was the vote to add it?
Did Everton vote to accept it, City ,Chelsea anybody?
Or just a cabal at the top think it up to suit there current agenda.
You know why it's vague because it's a political move to try satisfying the government because they know there running of there of a shabby little cash cow is coming to an end .
