What I wanna know is why you’ve conveniently and gleefully decided to pop back on to the forum posting in the last 36 odd hours having not been seen for several months?

We weren't paying interest on the stadium finance though. The loan agreements from Metro Bank and media rights stated we wouldn't be using the loans for the stadium. Plus internal documents showed that Moshiri was providing interest-free loans for the Stadium.I'm well aware of all this but the stadium clearly is relevant. One of the mitigating factors raised by the club was on whether interest on finance for the stadium could have been capitalised.
I feel like you are just arguing for the sake of it at this point.
His agenda is that City needs punishing NOT protecting/supporting Everton. It feels weird to find sudden respect for him because he's batting for us, but fair play on him calling out the hypcrisy of it all
That's the Pandora's box that potentially is going to be opened. One of the years was when we came 5th. Hell even we might have a claim for missing out on CL moneyImagine City lose enough points to have dropped to 5th. Does that mean the clubs 2 - 5 can all sue from the year under review ! Number 5 especially cos losing a CL place. Ludicrous!
FFS, what is so hard about reading a League table?Because we're 5 points from safety
118. The Commission considers that Everton has the better case on this issue. We
agree with the Premier League that it is inappropriate to attempt to import
isolated provisions from the EFL, but we consider that a consistent improving
trend is something that can be credited as a matter of principle. A specific
provision is not required to enable a Commission to find that a club which is
attempting to improve may be able to have such improvement stand as
mitigation. We consider it is wholly appropriate for Everton to follow the
Covid provisions and to average the PSR figures for FYs 2020/2021: indeed,
as that averaging was introduced by the Premier League to meet one of the
challenges created by Covid, it would be strange not to do so. Finally, we
consider that it is appropriate for us to look at the trend over the years
included in the PSR submission. The position in subsequent years is a matter
for those years.
119. For these reasons we conclude that the improving trend is a feature that goes
some limited way to diminish Everton’s culpability
The word "if" points to speculation by a creative columnist under orders to dream up clickbait/fill copy an is NOT news.If that turns out to be true, the potential of -19 points seems a lot more real
Ive found it very odd and so bizarre that so many people dont realise at this minute we are 2points from getting out, and have been saying 5points lolFFS, what is so hard about reading a League table?
I think I'm developing OCD or something. I can't cope.Ive found it very odd and so bizarre that so many people dont realise at this minute we are 2points from geting out, and have been saying 5points lol
No ... the PL will react to draw the line on those cases and and the cut off year will be the year we qualified for that CL runners up league. That's the Pandora's box that potentially is going to be opened. One of the years was when we came 5th. Hell even we might have a claim for missing out on CL money
Problem is that our former players drink with @MoominLets see how good Everton are with PR/Comms to ensure the press support the cause.
If we can't even see former players piping up, then I do worry.
Did you visit RAWK and see the alternative league table?Apologies, My bad - Somehow the table I was looking at earlier had Luton on 9 points!
