When the sports media were all talking about independent regulators, the PL came out and charged City with all those offences, the fact that City have kicked it down the road again meant we were perfect for them to make an example of.

That is the only reason they have been so harsh, to keep the regulators away.

What is staggering is the pace this has happened. The city thing has been going on for years...

The PL asked fot it to happen last season too, atleast the commission seen sense on that and said no.

Don't see they asking for an expedition of Citys charges though.
