I think the next game will be massive if the team are to put to bed the "slow starters" tag we have earned. A good win at West Brom, hopefully another addition to the squad before the deadline and confidence will be sky high. We know that on the day we can be a match for the top teams, but getting results home and away against the less glamorous teams is the next step we need to take so we can push into the European places.

Am I the only one who would be disappointed with a draw at the weekend?

I would be disappointed as well. With the squad we have assembled this season (along with a few more potential additions) there are few games we should approach where we would be satisfied with anything less than a victory. We have the squad now to break down almost any team that attempts to "park the bus" unlike previous years.

I'm riding high like everyone else after our start. It's great not to be 8 points behind the leaders already, which was our usual start.

However Moyes and Round have said in the press a couple of times (in a subtle rather than dead obvious way) that our squad is small, and they're right. The unspoken bit of what they are getting at is that injuries to any of our key players will hurt us more than most clubs because of the thin squad. I acknowledge the argument that we have some players who can play in multiple positions and provide cover, but I think that saves you only up to a point - those players will get tired more quickly and we wouldn't have much quality coming off the bench? I dread to think what injuries to Pienaar, Fellaini and Baines would do to us.

I'm staying positive - every reason to - but am praying our key boys stay out of the treatment room.

We'll see.

So far, the squad and Moyes have given us no reason, this season, to doubt their play and his set up.

I'm going to give 'em the benefit of the doubt.
