sort a decent ground out rather than the tin can we live in today.

wouldn't go too mad on players, to many in comings and outgoings couldd make it even worse, wouldn't mind to see Mcgeady waddle away like.
sort out solid spine for the team.

would you rather have a fan owner or a foreign owner?

I was gonna say fan owner but isn't Mike Ashley a Newcastle fan? So you could end up with a utter melt in charge!

I'd probably get frustrated in negotiations and then switch my attention to Man City, and turn them from a joke into one of the biggest clubs in the world.

very good point tbf, im just looking at the likes of hull, Cardiff, Liverpool a few years back, all phucked up. but then look at city, players are whipping there bums with money.
but these big rich Americans with loads of money and are Everton fans could be the solutions?

Bring in some of the best marketing and commercial fellas in the game.

Bring in experienced heads as CEO and CFO, set aside clear 5 and 10 year plans to progress the club.

Talk to the council re. the stadium issue, try and bring on some more partners e.t.c.
Back the manager with a marquee player a season.
I know little to nothing about running a football club, so I'd bring in the best to assist me.

-Sort a new ground
-Bring in the best marketing people
-Invest in players to complement the likes of Lukaku, Deulofeu, Barkley, Stones etc. rather than a complete overhaul
-Lower ticket prices (I know we're pretty good for that anyways but still)
-Realise the dream and hire the "Cheese on Toast" plane
-Complementary cheese on toast at every game.
-Strap McGeady to a rocket and fire directly at the sun
