Completely remember, "Why are we signing players from relegated teams???? Waste of money." He was immediately a star at Everton.

NGL, I would have been DEVASTATED if he had left. I thought he would be back 99%, but you never know until the contract is signed...Everton that...

Outstanding player and clearly loves the team and the fans. Will always remember him staying a little longer when PSG came calling and undoubtedly, got us the best price possible in that transfer, unlike other players in the past.
