Good tonight. Got his toe in plenty of times and just played the simple ball. A sign of a good player when they break up play as often as him, but his shorts are the cleanest on the pitch. Nothing was last-ditch at all.

Thought he had a great game today, constantly breaking up stuff on edge of the box and denying them the chance to get the 1-2s going between Saka and Odegaard.

He may be ancient but there's still value for him (and indeed Young) being in the 11 regularly this season.

Tough to trust him with the ball at his feet.

Should probably be back for another season but hopefully plays less.

We ought to consider giving him another year. I'm not bothred by his age, since he is still performing well. Although, I'd suggest signing another midfielder in the summer to replace Doucouré.

he seems to have added an element of flair to his game I didnt notice before this season. When under pressure he'll drop a shoulder to send an opponent the wrong way, little drag backs, and dummies. Looks great when it works (and it has more often than not) less so when he loses it

Mini S, who has started coming to a few games, loves him, she doesnt know much about footy but what he does catches her eye and the 'little guy, #27' in the middle is often the one she'll pick out as MoM
