He is typically awful on the ball yet Moyes has him anchoring the midfield like Dyche despite his style to roam

Hes been great for us, and is now reaching the stage many of us knew he would be in, and that is good depth. Hes a player you can confidentially put into the lineup when someone is injured, and to shore up things late in a match. The fact he is still starting isnt his fault, its just Moyes being stubborn with his preferred lineup to start the year.

Been a huge fan of Gana but I agree it’s time to start the transition to then next generation midfield. Still want to see Garner and KDH behind Armstrong. A lot of on the ball ability with those 3.

Shouldn't be a starter any more, there's also a case for saying that the club shouldn't trigger the one year extension on his contract at the end of the season. He's been great for us, but, at his age he should only be a back up and we can't afford to pay the money we are paying him if he is a back up.
