In all seriousness, I asked a developer last week to quote us for work that issues a "Are you sure?" prompt on post submit if there's any obscene language/abuse keyword detected.

"Your post contains words which might get you moaned at. Please submit only if you're prepared to accept the moan without crying to moderators"

Something like that anyway.
