Agree on the 2nd part, disagree on the first. Changing clubs is an unwritten rule, its just so so wrong..

99% of the time its changing from one glory team to the next big thing.

Cant ever agree to accept that it's right in football or any sport..
Understood and agree 99.9%. But on this occasion I can't see this as glory hunting and I like his reasoning.
 
Confession

After Bally was sold I cried my eyes out and started following Arsenal. I was 6 years old.

It only lasted til the end of that season (71-2) about 6 months and then I just had to come back as a Blue.

My best mate, Tommy RIP, followed me to Arsenal then back to Everton where he remained for the rest of his life.

We travelled to many games together in the 80s before he was cruelly taken in 93, just 28.

We used to listen to a very crackly Radio Merseyside every Saturday -- reception was better after dark so we welcomed the winter evenings!! 😀
